About the Opportunity:
Upward On is seeking an Executive Recruiter to work closely with a Senior Executive Recruiter on retained and contingent searches within real estate and adjacent industries. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, professional, and motivated to build a long-term career in executive search. You will not be expected to do any business development. You will have a full pipeline of potential placements, it is up to you and sky is the limit! We are looking for someone who is professional, polished, and hardworking, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Integrity is non-negotiable—you do the right thing, even when it’s hard, and you don’t cut corners with the truth. That level of honesty is foundational to our business, and we expect it in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate vetting and professional interviews
- Prepare and present candidates to the Senior Executive Recruiter
- Create polished candidate submissions and presentation materials
- Maintain detailed notes, records, and candidate tracking
- Work collaboratively throughout the full search lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong grammar, punctuation, and clarity required)
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with ATS systems preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Highly discreet, professional, and respectful
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable interviewing candidates at a professional level
- Collaborative, reliable, and process-oriented
Plus:
- Background in Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Development, or Construction
