Responsibilities:

  • Face to face customer service and direct marketing solutions

  • Learning Verizon Wireless product knowledge

  • Utilizing leads that are provided to follow up with potential customers

  • Participation in daily training sessions

  • Conduct end-of-day breakdowns to gather feedback
