Are you an experienced industrial sales representative looking to take that next step in income and responsibility? Then this may be the perfect position for you. As an Aftermarket Parts and Service Sales Representative, you will support the enterprise, field service technician and boiler cleaning teams in quoting parts and service for opportunities in the commercial and industrial boiler market. This role is responsible for supporting our customers in quickly deciding the complexity of a part or service opportunity and providing a manufacture's authorized representative quote. In this role you are responsible to frequently design a more complex service solution than the client originally anticipated. Additionally, you will have individual responsibility for forwarding any new boiler sales opportunities to the sales team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving and sorting incoming service and parts opportunities with attention to urgency, accuracy and maximizing profitability
Evaluate each opportunity and ensure you quote the entire scope of services available through Miller Proctor Nickolas.
Ensure all clients remain informed on their quote status, outstanding debts, and deadlines
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
Place formal orders on all received PO's with our suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain timely and accurate billing to clients
Work with Service Scheduling to schedule your jobs for installation and completion
Negotiate-Contracts with clients
Conduct site Visits
Coordinate the larger projects collectively with the enterprise Project Management team.
Provide rapid quotes to the field technicians and boiler cleaning team members when they are on-site and identify issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred experience in industrial estimating and billing
Adherence to laws and best practices with dealing with customers and data
Comfortable dealing with quoting and the processing of client financial information
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel & Word) and CRM Software (HubSpot)
Proficiency in English
Results-driven and patient with challenges
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
BS degree in Engineering / Engineering Technology
2 years sales experience
