Hi,

My Background / Company Background:

1. I am a Senior Manager at a consulting firm and a former D1 college tennis player.
   • I currently split my time between New York and Dallas
2. I've started a company that aims to create applications that facilitate well-being with a focus on sports and mentorship.
3. The current project, is a sports mentorship app (titled Former College Athlete Mentors) that I am working with a group of Fiverr developers on. I have reached the point where I need someone who has app development experience to step in and manage the developers through the app's completion.
   • The first thing I'll want do do with you is provide a detailed overview of the app's vision obviously, so you can run with the day to day of decision-making
4. At a high level, the MVP goal of the app is to connect parents of young athletes with former college athletes (who are now college graduates and are in the working world) remotely or in-person across the country
5. App services that these former college athletes will provide range from (but are not at all limited to):
   • Advising a young one and his/her parents on which sport(s) make sense to focus on
   • Developing technique
   • Sharing past athletic experiences, success and failure stories
   • Assistance with life in general (i.e. time management, college prep, etc)
   • Just playing sports together

Job Description

1. Documentation and Work Plan:
   • Staying on top of and clearly documenting action items and next steps for the developers and for myself
2. Technical and Functional Administration: .
   • I need someone with technical expertise to help me understand all of the administrative requirements Fiverr is treating as required
   • Ideally this person can own/handle the administration and keep me posted
3. Proactive Testing and Critiquing of the App
   • The app is prototyped, and I need assistance with rigorous testing before launch
   • Examples include ensuring process flows are efficient and logical, user interface is intuitive, dropdown values are accurate, etc.
4. Pay
   • My preference is to pay by the hour.
   • Very open to discussion with you to land on an hourly rate
