LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience to support a dynamic recruiting team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple time zones and international markets. The ideal candidate has a background in professional services and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.

Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and scheduling priorities.

Support onboarding logistics and documentation for new hires.

Assist with recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvements.

Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure alignment on hiring processes and compliance.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.

Experience working in or with professional services organizations is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to coordinate across time zones and support international hiring efforts.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
