Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Arrange and maintain the daily calendar for executives, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are efficiently managed and prioritized.
Communication Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Office Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventories, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
Client Interaction: Assist in welcoming and accommodating clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Information Management: Maintain and organize confidential files and records both in physical and digital formats, ensuring data security and privacy.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Proven administrative or secretarial experience is highly desirable.
