This role is based in our Poughkeepsie Office.
Support our wealth advisors and operations team to ensure an exceptional client experience. This position offers growth potential into a Client Service Specialist role and plays a key part in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and serve as a welcoming point of contact for clients.
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and basic client paperwork for account maintenance and money movement.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including supplies, mail handling, and vendor coordination.
- Manage emails, scanning, digital filing, and other clerical duties to support an organized and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate on special projects and assist with operational improvements and process automation.
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance policies, and E&O risk protocols in all work.
- Foster a positive, professional work environment with staff and clients alike.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, CRM systems (Redtail preferred), and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities, and motivated to contribute to team goals.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience administrative, ideally in finance or wealth management.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation: $37,500 - $42,500, based on experience, education, and work location.
