Position Overview
As a Clinical Therapist, you'll provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse clients ages 5 and up, working in a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional growth and clinical excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy services using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency mental health evaluations (few times monthly)
- Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes dignity, respect, and healing
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or related field
- Current LMSW or LCSW licensure in New York State
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in mental health setting
- Valid NYS driver's license
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain during orientation)
- CPI certification (required within 90 days of hire)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: LMSW ($36.20-$40.49/hour), LCSW ($31.55-$42.52/hour)
