Job Description
Our client is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling candidate interviews
- Build relationships with hiring managers & teams across departments to facilitate communication and coordinate efficiently
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruiting process
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees & candidates
- Provide weekly reports and collaborate with hiring teams
- Support team with additional projects assigned by manager
Requirements:
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and keep recruitment processes running smoothly
- Clear, professional communication across various channels (email, phone, and in-person)
- Ensures accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking to avoid process errors
- Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
