✅ Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage with small business owners in need of short-term working capital.

Evaluate clients' financial data, including revenue, bank statements, and credit card processing volume.

Present and explain MCA products clearly to clients, including rates, terms, and repayment structures.

Submit applications to a network of funders and follow up to close deals.

Negotiate terms between clients and funders to ensure a favorable outcome for both.

Maintain records of interactions, funding statuses, and commission tracking.

Stay current on industry trends, compliance guidelines, and funding criteria from different lenders.

Provide ongoing support to clients during and after funding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to understand financial documents

Self-motivated and target-driven

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools

Prior experience in sales, lending, or financial services preferred
