An HR Generalist is a versatile role responsible for a wide range of human resources functions within an organization. They handle tasks from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and fostering positive employee relations.

Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.

Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting employee growth.

HRIS Management: Maintaining employee records and data within HR systems.

Compliance: Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and filing applicable tax/ data filings through ADP.

Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll processing and related tasks.

Employee Communication: Developing and distributing internal communications.

Talent Management: Contributing to talent management processes and initiatives.

Employee Morale: Monitoring employee morale and contributing to a positive work culture.

Provider Management: Ensure providers licenses, credentialing, trainings are completed and up to date

Employee Management: Ensure all mandatory staff trainings are completed and up to date.
