Receptionist

Location: G.M. Crisalli & Associates, Inc., Syracuse, NY

Job Type: Full- Time -Hours: 730am - 5pm
Compensation: hourly

Are you a friendly and organized professional with excellent communication skills? We are
looking for a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential
administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Assist with light typing and basic data entry tasks.
Provide hospitality services, such as offering refreshments to guests.
Perform general office administrative tasks as need

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Previous receptionist or office administration experience is a plus but not required.
