Monday-Friday, Day Shift

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of dietary operations, from meal planning to compliance and staff supervision
Ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a welcoming environment
Lead and mentor dietary staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to meet individual dietary needs
Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
