As the Warming Station Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for Warming Station staff
- Support staff development through training, supervision, and evaluation
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warming Station, making adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes to the Program Director
Warming Station Supervisor Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour
Warming Station Supervisor Maximum Salary: $30.00 per hour
Warming Station Supervisor Schedule: Varied hours based on time of year and station needs.
Qualifications:
- 2 year Associates's Degree in Human Services or related field
- 1 to 3 year experience in Human Service Industry.
