We bring together music, talk, sports, comedy, podcasts, and more — all powered by cutting-edge technology and a strong commitment to delivering value to both our listeners and our partners.How You’ll Make an Impact:We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A leader to support the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis of marketing initiatives and customer care functions, including brand marketing, digital campaigns, and paid media.This role will serve as a strategic partner to Marketing and Customer Experience teams, offering insights to optimize investment returns and allocation of resources. The consultant will oversee a team of six and collaborate closely with broader FP&A teams to drive the long-range planning process and development of the annual budget. This individual will work closely with senior finance leadership to help align financial strategy with business goals.What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience leaders to develop the long-range plan and annual budget.
- Oversee financial models that assess ROI, LTV, channel-specific trends, and guide resource allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency in key operating and financial assumptions.
- Track actual spend vs. forecast and prior-year performance; analyze variances and provide executive-level reporting.
- Serve as a finance liaison to Marketing and Customer Experience teams to provide actionable insights that optimize budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide analytical support for major marketing initiatives, including ROI analysis for large-scale campaigns and evaluation of new business cases.
- Partner with Business Development to create financial models for new distribution channels.
- Monitor strategic savings initiatives and support the achievement of cost-efficiency goals.
- Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, and Essbase to support planning and reporting.
- Support the monthly close process, including results evaluation, forecast updates, and senior leadership reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 FP&A professionals.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including direct support of marketing and paid media functions.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Tempo, Jira, and Oracle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams and influence cross-functional decision-making.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
- $90-95/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
