Job Summary:

Hudson Valley iCampus a premier 2.0 million square foot commercial office, pharmaceutical, R&D, and light industrial campus is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the continued success and growth of the site. The Vice President, Director of Hudson Valley iCampus will be responsible for leasing, operations, development, and tenant relations, with full P&L accountability for the campus. Reporting to the President and working closely with Ownership, this role is the lead position for the campus and a key driver in maintaining its momentum and unlocking future value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing repositioning, development, and leasing strategy for Hudson Valley iCampus.
  • Manage and support leasing efforts, focusing on reducing vacancy and attracting new tenants.
  • Oversee all property management, campus operations, capital planning, maintenance, utilities administration, and service contracts.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital budgets, and reforecasting as needed.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews, financial reporting, tenant updates, and property inspections.
  • Supervise on-site staff and contracted services to ensure high-quality operations and tenant satisfaction.
  • Lead relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, public agencies, contractors, and leasing teams.
  • Maintain high standards of physical maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Direct energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable operational practices.
  • Manage construction oversight for ongoing building improvements and any future ground-up development.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the campus to tenants, local government, and the broader community.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing campus operations team.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, engineering degree, or environmental certifications are a plus.
  • Professional real estate designations (CPM, RPA, CCIM) area plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, development, or campus leadership.
  • Experience with leasing support and vacancy reduction strategies strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and high-voltage systems.
  • Proven track record of financial management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and utility blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software systems.
