Location: Garden City, NY

Comp Package: Base $45K, Paid Overtime, Bonus; Full Benefits; 401K, etc.

The Office Services Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily functions of the firm, while building valuable experience in corporate office services.

Responsibilities for Office Services Assistant:

  • Collect and deliver mail to and from the local U.S. Post Office as needed
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Deliver mail, packages, facsimiles, and office supplies throughout the office
  • Operate standard office equipment including copiers, fax machines, postage machines, binding machines, and computers
  • Maintain kitchen and pantry areas; Assist with food and beverage setup for internal meetings
  • Support conference room upkeep and readiness
  • Perform light facilities tasks, such as hanging artwork and assembling small furniture
  • Run external errands, including document and supply pickups and deliveries
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed

Requirements for Office Services Assistant:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with standard office and specialized equipment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
