About the Role
As an Associate Creative Strategist at Teads, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through innovative and effective creative strategies. You'll partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success, shape best-in-class digital experiences, and champion the Teads brand in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on creative best practices to help clients achieve their objectives across Teads campaigns
- Collaborate with the media sales team to prospect, pitch, and close business across agency and advertiser accounts
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and their creative agencies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaign execution
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Teads in the digital advertising ecosystem
- Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Ad Operations, Sales Planning, and Strategic Accounts to ensure campaign strategies and creative align with client goals
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to drive renewals and incremental revenue
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience speaking to large audiences
- Prior experience in digital advertising, preferably within a creative or digital agency, with a focus on mobile and video
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about creativity and innovation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The pay range for this position is USD $60,000 to $80,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads' total rewards package.
