Job DescriptionGrowing fire & life safety company seeking a professional to support various departments and other roles on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate for this position would possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role also involves collaboration with other departments to address various issues.

Essential Functions:
- Assisting in sourcing new products, requesting pricing, and collecting information about items.
- Performing various data entry responsibilities in both Excel and an internal database.
- Reviewing and processing all price changes.
- Performing other duties related to department support.

Requirements:
- Strong general organizational skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
- Solid general computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly provide information to team members and external contacts.
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to collaborate with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects consistently.

Preferred Knowledge:
- QuickBooks.
- Understanding of purchasing processes.
- Experience in Purchasing Support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
