Family office is seeking an experienced, energetic, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk.
Responsibilities / Duties:

Manage hard and digital copies of employee records.
- Hands on payroll processing experience

Assist with the recruitment process of candidates.

Manage the administrative process for interviews, meetings, HR events, and campaigns.

Conduct training sessions and seminars.

Update records of new and existing staff.

Assist with internal and external human resource inquiries from employees.

Assist with employee performance reviews.

Track the hiring status of candidates using the company's human resource information system (HRIS).

Conduct background checks on new employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field
▪ Minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources experience or related work
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
▪ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
▪ Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks with a proven ability to meet deadlines
▪ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
▪ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
▪ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
