Family office is seeking an experienced, energetic, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Manage hard and digital copies of employee records.

  • Hands on payroll processing experience
  • Assist with the recruitment process of candidates.

  • Manage the administrative process for interviews, meetings, HR events, and campaigns.

  • Conduct training sessions and seminars.

  • Update records of new and existing staff.

  • Assist with internal and external human resource inquiries from employees.

  • Assist with employee performance reviews.

  • Track the hiring status of candidates using the company's human resource information system (HRIS).

  • Conduct background checks on new employees.


Skills and Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field
▪ Minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources experience or related work
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
▪ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
▪ Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks with a proven ability to meet deadlines
▪ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
▪ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
▪ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
