Affirmed Home Care is currently looking for a Sales Associate to support a high-volume sales team in the home care services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to company growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting senior salespeople in various sales activities, including site visits, client outreach, event coordination, and follow-ups to ensure exceptional service and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Accompany senior salespeople to site visits and facilities to meet with potential clients, ensuring professional presentation and communication.
- Networking & Events: Attend networking events and company-sponsored workshops to build relationships with referral sources and promote company services.
- Client Outreach & Follow-up: Conduct phone calls to potential clients, set appointments, and follow up with current clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
- Service Agreements & Documentation: Assist with client onboarding, including ensuring service agreements are signed, and submit all required documentation, including clinical information, to the office.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in writing up and entering new sales data, ensuring accurate and timely records for senior sales staff.
- Client Retention & Support: Follow up with clients post-service to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and relay information to the office for service enhancement.
- Lead Generation: Work proactively to identify new business opportunities, contribute to the growth of the company, and build relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare and homecare sectors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a willingness to assist and contribute to team success.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and data entry tools.
- Availability: Flexibility to attend events, site visits, and networking activities as required during business and non-business hours.
