Cabo Fresh California Mexican Grill is hiring experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing leadership team across Long Island.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on:
- Exceptional guest experience
- High-quality, fresh food execution

You will hire, train, and inspire the team that makes your restaurant AMAZING.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead restaurant operations and daily shift execution
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Manage food, labor, and operating costs
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Develop short- and long-term goals and KPIs
- Analyze sales, labor, and productivity reports
- Support local marketing and community initiatives
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLEASE READ)
Applicants MUST have current fast-food or fast-casual management experience to be considered.
- Minimum 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Fast-casual or fast-food management experience REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Professional references required
