Executive Assistant

LHH is looking for an Interim Executive Assistant for our client, a Non Profit Organization here in NYC. This person will be supporting the CEO with calendar, travel, expenses and ad-hoc project based work. This is a 100% on-site, in person position and this person should be comfortable working from 9am – 6pm. This position will pay between $40-45/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management

  • Providing meeting and presentation documents; assist with editing on occasion

  • Book domestic and international travel

  • Screen phone calls and walk ins

  • Coordinate with vendors for catering, invoices and billing

Skills:

  • High proficiency with Google Suite and/or MS Office, Concur and QuickBooks

  • Ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
