Data Entry Revenue Analyst (Temporary)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic client in the food distribution industry to hire a Data Entry Revenue Analyst (Temporary). This is a hybrid role based in New York City, providing a unique opportunity to support cross-functional business decisions and gain insight into the full value chain—from pricing strategy to logistics to sales performance.

About the Role

As a Data Entry Revenue Analyst, you'll play a critical role in optimizing gross profit through pricing strategy, bid modeling, and trade spend management. You’ll collaborate with departments including Sales, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to ensure pricing strategies align with company goals. This role sits within the Finance team and offers visibility across multiple departments, making it ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional seeking impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, review, and implement customer pricing across various sales channels

  • Model bid economics and recommend pricing that balances gross margin and sales growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain

  • Analyze trends, pricing history, and competitive landscape to support data-driven decisions

  • Optimize and develop pricing methodologies and scalable processes for long-term use

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience; background in foodservice, grocery, or CPG preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a strong plus

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights

  • Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday

  • Collaborative and cross-functional team environment

  • Office located in New York, NY

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
