JCM Holdings is seeking an experienced sales manager for our flagship company, Starlight PR, a powerhouse in artist development and PR for rising stars. This proven Sales Manager will lead, coach, and drive our sales engine to new heights.

We're on a mission to scale, and we’re looking for a process-driven, results-obsessed leader to architect and manage a high-performing team that can deliver.


What You’ll Own:

Objective 1: Build a High-Performing, Accountable Sales Team

  • Conduct interviews to hire high-performing, well-aligned sales reps

  • Lead daily sales huddles and live coaching (pipeline review, wins, challenges)

  • Ensure reps hit 75+ daily calls and 5+ high-quality convos

  • Oversee live Notion Scorecard updates and weekly rep evaluations

  • Drive product knowledge and objection-handling confidence across the team

Objective 2: Pipeline Lead Conversion

  • Train and audit the team pipeline development

  • Run weekly pipeline meetings to track lead stages, metrics, and conversions

  • Standardize and monitor the contact process (call → VM → email)

  • Ensure pipeline targets are hit and KPI dashboards are updated in Slack + HubSpot

Objective 3: CRM Optimization and Deal Hygiene

  • Build and maintain HubSpot Dashboards

  • Ensure follow-up action within 24 hours

  • Monitor for pipeline cleanliness and CRM discipline

Objective 4: Scalable Sales Process + Onboarding

  • Process for onboarding new reps within 7days using structured playbooks

  • Build and iterate on a scalable, repeatable sales playbook

  • Test, refine, and coach live script/process rollouts with the existing team

  • Develops sales plans, targets, and forecasts based on business goals.

  • Identify and resolve processes or workflows that need improvement

Objective 5: Improve Team efficiency

  • Oversees the entire sales department, including the team leader in managing the team, ensuring everyone aligns with company objectives.

  • Facilitates weekly team meetings, one-on-one meetings, monthly OKR reviews, and quarterly OKR setting

  • Reviews OKRs, sets quotas, and ensures targets are met

  • Identify and resolve processes or workflows that need improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing inside sales or SDR teams

  • Strong background in CRM management (HubSpot preferred)

  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding 6-figure+ pipeline goals

  • A clear coaching style and the ability to energize and hold reps accountable

  • Fluent in sales metrics, conversion funnels, and systemized selling

  • Experience in media, entertainment, PR, or the music industry is a huge plus
