Insurance Customer Service Role (FT or PT)
Independent Agency – Flexible (Remote/On-Site)
Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with a respected independent agency? We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our small, dedicated team 3 - 5 days per week, with both remote and in-office options available.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our clients trust. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Processing client payments and policy changes
Gathering information for quotes and endorsements
Supporting day-to-day service operations with accuracy and care
If you have a Property Casualty license, commission is available as well
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Personal Lines insurance is required
Proficiency with Applied Systems (Wintam & Epic) is a must
Comfortable navigating Microsoft 365 tools
Familiarity with carrier systems like Travelers, Hartford, Utica, and Progressive is preferred
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Dependability and confidence working both independently and as part of a team
