🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
💼 $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Manager to be the face and heartbeat of our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless, professional environment for staff and guests alike.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and liaise with building management
- Assist with scanning, printing, dictation, and meeting material prep
- Support the Accountant with accounts payable and expense reconciliations
- Handle certified mail and shipping logistics
- Provide basic IT support and assist with ad hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in an in-office administrative or office management role
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Traits: Punctual, trustworthy, tidy, professional, intuitive, and receptive to feedback
- Work Ethic: Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a high level of discretion
