IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to provide effective IT assistance to our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Contract Management Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Maintain and regularly test disaster recovery plans and backup systems to ensure business resilience during outages or emergencies.
  • IT Policy Development Design and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to promote secure and consistent technology usage across the organization.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management Lead cloud migration strategies, manage hybrid environments, and optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • End-User Support & Systems Maintenance Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications.
  • User Account & Access Management Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms and systems.
  • Device & Network Oversight Monitor and maintain computers, printers, copiers, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Team Collaboration & Project Implementation Work closely with the IT team to implement solutions, upgrades, and enhancements that align with business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Prior experience in help desk support and IT troubleshooting
  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CompTIA) are a strong plus
