Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Staten Island, NY. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, provide administrative assistance, manage office equipment, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, handling communications, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Experience with Office Equipment management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a MUST
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Notary Public Require
- AIA G702 & G703 Experience
- NYC DOB Filings
