SUMMARY
Trade execution agent between clients and the equity marketplace.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes Equity Derivative orders accurately and timely as presented by clients.
- Communicates effectively and concisely information surrounding a client’s order.
- Reviews execution transactions to ensure accuracy of information and to ensure trades conform to regulatory requirements of governing agencies.
- Develops and implements short and long term sales and trading strategies to achieve revenue growth goals.
- Generate and present Equity Derivative ideas for both external and internal clients.
- Develops and cultivates new client relationships
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience
- Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity

SALARY RANGE
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 and an uncapped variable component.
