Description
Growing Coach Bus company looking for reliable & dedicated CDL Class B (or higher) drivers WITH a current Passenger Endorsement to join our team! Applicants must be friendly, personable, honest and hard working with good communication skills.
We provide services for private parties, as well and contracted customers such as schools, camps, corporations and municipalities. Services can range from one day trips to multi day over-night trips.
We have 2 convenient garaging facilities that we dispatch from to allow drivers to pick up vehicles from the location closest to them:
- 1500 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY
- 282 Railroad Ave, Sayville, NY
Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for transporting customers to and from various destinations/events and ensuring the safety of all passengers throughout the service. Responsible, safe driving is an absolute MUST!
- Your duties will include:
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
- Observe safety and traffic rules throughout the duration of the service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bus at all times
- Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with passengers in a courteous and professional manor, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications
Prospective employees MUST:
- Have a valid CDL B or higher
- Currently hold a passenger endorsement with their CDL license
- Have a clean driving record (MVR's run at least twice per year and continuously monitored through the LENS program) - no more than ONE at fault accident in the past 3 years and no more than 4 points on your license to be considered (this is our insurance companies requirements and are non-negotiable)
- Submit to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing (including marijuana)
- Currently hold a valid DOT medical certificate or the ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate (with Long Form)
- Be able to read and follow directions
- Be on time!
- Be respectful, personable and have good communication skills, YOU represent our company to our customers!
Skills
- Be able to safely drive and maneuver a full size coach bus.

Salary: $30-$35 Per Hour
