Miracle Home Improvements, a well-established and family-run home improvement company in Croton-on-Hudson, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
Duties
- Manage day-today office operations in a friendly, fast-paced environment
- Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Assist with scheduling, customer service and basic administrative tasks
- Support our team with enthusiasm and professionalism
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- At least 3-years of administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
- A dependable team player who thrives in a close-knit family-oriented office
