Job Overview
Miracle Home Improvements, a well-established and family-run home improvement company in Croton-on-Hudson, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

Duties

  • Manage day-today office operations in a friendly, fast-paced environment
  • Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Assist with scheduling, customer service and basic administrative tasks
  • Support our team with enthusiasm and professionalism

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • At least 3-years of administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A dependable team player who thrives in a close-knit family-oriented office
