Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client services. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The Customer Service Representative will also visit patients in their home as well as administrative tasks.

English/Spanish or English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese or English/Korean a plus

Duties

  • Travel to patient for occasional visits
  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and promote additional services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while addressing customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Travel to visit patients occasionally if needed
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
