Entry-level role in Operations at a financial services firm.

4 days in office

  • Operational Tasks:
    • Assist with internal Operational tasks. (i.e. Account change and closing accounts).
    • Ad hoc Assistance with Projects.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and create operational efficiencies.
    • Keeping the office and conference rooms organized.
    • Maintaining office supply inventory list.
    • Screening phone calls, mail and faxes, directing them to the appropriate teams.
    • Managing Outlook calendars for conference rooms, preventing conflicts and ensuring efficient scheduling.
    • Assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings, such as reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
    • Manage compliance-related records and document retention.
    • Physical mailing via USPS, FED and/or messengers.
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree.
    • 1-3 years related client service / operations experience.
    • MUST have strong attention to detail.
    • High level of organization with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
    • Ability to work well under time pressure and independently.
    • Strong computer skills and aptitude for technology
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with multiple groups.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Forward-thinking, proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
