We’re a fast-growing, high-energy mortgage team looking for a Mortgage Loan Specialist / Loan Partner to join us on the front lines—an expert who knows how to read credit, analyze income, and spot issues before they become problems. No hunting for business here. Our loan officer brings in the deals—you help get them closed.

Compensation:
$50,000 +
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Review borrower docs, run DU/LP/AUS, and structure loans accurately and strategically to fit guidelines.
- Analyze credit, income, and assets—you’ll be the underwriter-minded partner who sets the file up for success.
- Coordinate loan applications, collect and prep all documents, and ensure the file is ready for processing.
- Be the go-to point of contact from “contact to contract,” keeping borrowers, agents, and referral partners informed and confident.
- Prepare loan estimates/closing cost worksheets and respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate directly with the loan officer to maximize efficiency and close loans fast.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of mortgage experience as a Loan Partner, LOA, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter.
- Prior experience at a mortgage brokerage is a big plus—you’re used to different lenders, different scenarios, and thinking on your feet.
- Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines and mortgage documentation.
- Ability to calculate income, spot red flags, and structure complex loans without second-guessing.
- Skilled in DU, LP, and AUS systems.
- Clear communicator and confident team player—you keep things moving and people informed.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Chinese is a huge plus!
