About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand our presence in the Web3 space. You’ll work with blockchain projects, institutional investors, and ecosystem partners to foster growth.
Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard key partners in DeFi, NFT, and blockchain sectors.

Develop growth strategies and execute partnerships.
</li>
<li>
Represent the company at crypto conferences and networking events.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with technical teams to align business goals.
</li>
<li>Must be able to travel frequently to attend different confrences/events in the space</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Previous experience in blockchain business development or partnerships.
</li>
<li>
Strong network within the Web3 space.
</li>
<li>
Understanding of tokenomics, DAOs, and DeFi ecosystems.
</li>
<li>
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
</li>
