Job Overview
We are a financial services firm looking for an office secretary. This office secretary would be responsible for helping us service new and existing clients. Specifically, the office secretary would be responsible for data input required for opening new accounts, as well as handling client correspondence.
Primarily works in office during normal office hours. This position is part time.
The firm's goals as a whole are to ensure clients meet their financial goals. We help clients open retirement, investment, and insurance accounts.
Responsibilities
The beginning responsibilities would primarily include,
- Data input for new accounts.
- Data input for account maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Follow up on submitted forms and requests.
After the initial training phase, there is an additional opportunity for growth such as,
- Manage office needs and daily tasks.
- Help clients with account management.
- Various other opportunities for growth.
