Position: Customer Service Representative
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with potential for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
