Job Description

Job Ad – Estate Planning Sales Associate

Location: Garden City, NY (Long Island) | Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Overview

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on helping people make life-changing decisions? Do you have the emotional intelligence to guide families through sensitive conversations — and the skill to turn those conversations into lasting client relationships?

If so, we want you on our team.

Our friendly office is seeking a well-organized, self-directed Estate Planning Sales Associate. At our fast-growing Estate Planning and Elder Law firm, you won’t be “just selling a service.” You’ll be empowering families to protect their hard-earned legacies, avoid unnecessary court battles, and prepare for life’s “what ifs.” This role is for a proactive, self-motivated closer who loves a consultative sales process and thrives in a high-accountability, high-support environment.

Purpose-Driven Mission and Workplace

We help hard-working, middle-class families — many of whom are retired and own their homes — avoid the devastating financial and emotional costs of poor planning. From protecting assets against long-term care costs to creating peace of mind for the next generation, our work truly changes lives.

Clients come to us with questions, concerns, and sometimes fear about the future. You’ll be the first person to give them clarity and confidence. You’ll educate them about their options, guide them toward the right plan, and ensure they feel valued every step of the way.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven consultative sales skills, ideally in professional services, legal, or high-ticket solutions.
  • Ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and connect emotionally with clients.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (training provided).
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Organized, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Flexible, resilient, and comfortable in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses — real opportunity to exceed base earnings.

Base Salary: $50,000

Performance Bonus:

  • Aggressive, merit-based structure designed so high performers earn well beyond base
  • Steady stream of qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Paid training and professional development.
