What You'll Do:
The Manager of Data Center Infrastructure Finance will be a key strategic partner to the supply chain and data center operations leadership teams. In this role, you will play a key part in financial planning for our data center build portfolio, with a strong focus on capital planning, financial modeling, and supply chain coordination. This role is critical to ensuring capital efficiency and strategic investment as we scale rapidly.
About The Role:
- Capex Planning & Forecasting: Own end-to-end capital planning processes for data center infrastructure, including site builds, retrofits, and expansions. Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast capital expenditures across multiple projects and geographies.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reviews and variance analyses. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards and reporting. Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for strategic investment decisions.
- Supply Chain Finance: Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to align capital commitments with delivery schedules and vendor terms. Monitor supplier performance, lead time variability, and cost trends to inform financial planning.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
- Cost Optimization: Partner with supply chain leadership to optimize working capital implications related to inventory, deposits, and payment terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product, capacity planning, and sales, to support overall business goals.
Who You Are:
- 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or supply chain finance, preferably in a capital-intensive industry (e.g., hyperscale, manufacturing, cloud infrastructure).
- Deep understanding of capital project accounting, lifecycle budgeting, and vendor management.
- Strong financial modeling skills; advanced Excel required, familiarity with tools like NetSuite, or Tableau a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
