Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and support all HR functions for a growing quick-service restaurant brand headquartered in Garden City, NY. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can drive people-focused initiatives while supporting compliance, talent development, and organizational culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

Oversee benefits administration, performance management processes, and compensation planning.

Support training and development programs to foster employee growth and leadership pipeline.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Maintain and update HRIS systems, personnel records, and reporting metrics.

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Champion company culture and core values across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or food service industries.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.

Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bilingual a plus.
