Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Network Sales Account Executive to drive national advertising revenue across EstrellaTV’s linear network and associated digital platforms. This role is responsible for representing our national broadcast inventory and integrated media assets to key agencies and advertisers, promoting innovative solutions that reach U.S. Hispanic audiences at scale.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with national agency holding companies and clients, and a deep understanding of both TV and digital media sales. Experience selling network television, upfronts, scatter, and cross-platform opportunities is essential.
This position will report to the SVP, Multimedia Sales.
Markets: NY, Chicago, and Los Angeles
Key Responsibilities
- Sell EstrellaTV’s national network inventory across all dayparts and platforms, including linear, OTT/CTV, and digital video.
- Proactively develop and pitch multiplatform campaigns (linear + digital + programmatic) that align with client objectives.
- Identify and grow programmatic revenue opportunities via PMP deals and DSP/SSP collaboration.
- Maintain and expand relationships with agency partners, trading desks, national buying teams, and direct advertisers.
- Secure annual and scatter market commitments through upfront negotiations and strategic proposals.
- Collaborate with planning, traffic, marketing, and research teams to deliver flawless campaign execution and client service.
- Leverage data and insights to craft compelling, performance-driven sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Maintain CRM updates and manage account activity using systems such as WOMS, Strata, and Matrix.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of media sales experience, with a focus on network television, digital video, and programmatic platforms.
- Proven relationships with national agencies and key advertising decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, audience targeting).
- Deep knowledge of the national TV marketplace, including Upfront and Scatter dynamics.
- Proficient with digital ad platforms and tools such as GAM, IAS, DFA, ComScore, and Operative.
- Experience using sales systems (WOMS, Strata, Matrix); Vivvix and MediaRadar experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, collaborative, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client and agency meetings as needed.
