Prominent private school, rich in tradition and history, is interviewing for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Head of their lower school.
You will:
- Maintain calendar
- Coordinate operations between staff, parents and students
- Manage finances
- Create and proofread correspondence
- Provide hiring needs
- Handle special projects as needed
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google sheets and Google drive
- Strong written and verbal abilities
- Experience in office management
- Blackbaud experience is preferred
- Ability to learn new technology
