Customer Service Representative – Property & Casualty Insurance
Full-Time - starting at $25+/hour (this is depending on experience & licensing)

At TES Staffing, we are supporting a small, family-owned insurance agency (6 people strong) that believes great service still comes from real humans who care. Their clients rely on them during some of the most stressful moments of their lives — and they take that responsibility seriously.
The firm is growing and TES Staffing is looking for a Customer Service professional who enjoys helping people, values accuracy, and wants to build a long-term career in insurance.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our clients, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and certificates
- Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care
- Supporting Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, general liability, etc.)
- Accurately documenting client interactions and policy updates
- Working closely with agents to ensure smooth service and follow-through
- Helping clients navigate claims questions (no high-pressure sales)

Licensing & Experience
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- P&C experience = higher starting pay
- Not licensed yet? We’re open to candidates who are motivated to get licensed — we’ll support the process for the right person
Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $24/hour
- Higher pay for licensed or experienced candidates
- Full-time, consistent schedule
- In-office role (no late nights, no weekends)
- 8:30-5 PM M-Thu
- 8:30 AM- 4 PM Friday
