Our client is afast-moving, entrepreneurial energy company looking to transform the global energy landscape. Our client is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst with strong data and financial modeling skills to support their finance, operations, and investor relations teams.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making,
- Prepare key financial and operational reports for internal leadership, including flash reports and management summaries.
- Support investor relations by helping to prepare earnings materials, press releases, and responses to analyst and investor inquiries.
- Analyze project-level financial performance using Excel and assist with ad hoc data-driven analyses.
- Summarize contracts to assess financial impact and run compliance checks like debt covenant tests.
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to evaluate business risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Development, Operations, Procurement, and Treasury teams to track budgets and monitor capital spend.
- Support capex, cash flow, and liquidity forecasting and reporting.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
- 1–4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial systems like Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft NAV/Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities; attention to detail and interest in working with data systems.
- Industry experience in energy, power generation, LNG, or transportation.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
