About us
Overjoy is building the first AI wholesale operating system for modern e-commerce brands. We’ve backed by Floodgate, OSV, Bessemer, and the founders of Thumbtack, Unsupervised, Alloy, as well as 6 of our users. We have 200+ customers including brands like Tipsy Elves, P.F. Candle Co., and David Protein. Our revenue has doubled in the past 3 months and are on-track to double again in the next 3 months.
About the Role
The Sales & Brand Success Manager at Overjoy provides a unique opportunity to shape the future our growth program. We are looking for ambitious people who can manage high velocity sales, generate pipeline, and can communicate product information to the engineering team.
Responsibilities

Own sales calls with detailed product demos

Manage prospective customers in a CRM

Clearly communicate product requests and user friction with the engineering team

Onboarding and advise brands during onboarding calls

Achieve quotas
Qualifications

Ability to engage and empathize with prospects

Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
-
More than 2 years of experience in software sales development to SMBs or 4 years of experience working in wholesale sales

Familiar with CRM management

Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment

Experience in CPG is a plus

Experience using Overjoy is a plus
