Job Title: Entry Level Marketing Associate
Classification: Regular, Full Time
Location: On-Site at one of our Upstate Locations (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Auburn)
Reports to: Marketing Director
As the Marketing Associate, you will provide support for marketing and sales activities across all upstate branches. Looking for someone who is a team player, flexible and willing to learn and try new things.
Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for all events whether in-house or external, for all our vendors.
- Assisting with advertising, customer mailings, newsletters, e-newsletters, social media.
- Manage customer database.
- Coordinating apparel and seasonal in-house marketing requests.
- Supervisor may assign additional duties or requirements.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Good Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Organization and Multitasking skills
- Solid Computer Skills Including Windows Knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Financial and budget control experience
- Adobe Suite experience a plus
- Constant Contact Experience and Wix Web Management a plus
- Valid and clean NY state driver’s license to travel to local branches as needed
Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour
