- Maintain/manage project management program [WRIKE].
- Filing drawings/documents with local Fire Departments to secure work permit[s]. This requires traveling with your own car.
- Scanning process: scanning approved plans/documents into specific job folders on OneDrive.
- Printing: printing plans and documents.
- Preparing projects for plan examination: assembling/gathering all required drawings and documents for filing purposes.
- Calendaring; scheduling/setup meetings, appointments, field surveys with clients.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Attend meetings to take notes.
- Assisting in field surveys.
- File documents.
