Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Head of Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition strategy, scale our hiring operations, and maintain a high bar for talent across every department. This person will be a player-coach to manage and grow a small but mighty team of 3, while additionally remaining involved in full lifecycle recruiting processes as well. You will balance big-picture workforce planning with rolling up your sleeves to personally own high-priority searches across both technical and non-technical roles. This hire will partner closely with leadership to build scalable, data-driven recruiting processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across departments, all while meeting ambitious hiring goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and lead the company-wide recruiting function, setting and maintaining a high talent bar across all roles, with a strong focus on engineering hiring
  • Partner closely with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs, build scalable talent pipelines, and meet aggressive growth targets
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of speed, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Drive high-priority searches yourself from sourcing through close
  • Optimize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to deliver an exceptional candidate experience at scale
  • Track and report on a variety of recruiting metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

What experience is required?

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years leading teams in high-growth, fast-paced software startup environments
  • Proven success scaling high-volume hiring across multiple functions, with industry expertise in highly technical functions such as engineering
  • Experience managing and developing both junior and senior recruiting talent
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to juggle leading the team while personally owning searches
  • Strong project management skills as a leader capable of balancing competing priorities and cross-functional initiatives
  • Expertise in a variety of recruiting tools and platforms, with a track record of pulling valuable data insights to inform leaders

Compensation

  • The cash compensation range for this role is $185,000-220,000
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
