Job Role
You will join Integrity360s MIS team and will be reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst.
The role will be responsible for:
Day-to-day case management and system break fix
Supporting system users in adoption and maximizing benefits of the system
Development works for multiple ongoing upgrade projects (Scrum)
Management and maintenance of the Integrity360s core tools:
o Salesforce CRM
o Salesforce CPQ
o Account Engagement (Pardot)
o Financial Force Supply Chain Management (SCM)
o Financial Force Professional Service Management (PSA)
o Financial Force Accounting (FFA)
o Financial Force Billing
o Wrike (Project Management)
The role will be the subject matter expert for reporting on all core tools
What you will be responsible for
Case Management
o Quickly resolve users system issues
o Answer users system queries
o Document case resolution details for future case diagnosis
o Perform technical investigations around recurring issues
User Management
o Setup of new users / deactivation of leavers
o Profile and system permissions config
o Data sharing and role management
System Upgrades / Implementations
o Support the project lifecycle for ongoing projects including:
Requirements elicitation and validation
Solution design and build
Implementation, testing and deployment of configuration updates
Project communications and stakeholder management
Management Support
o Involvement in KPI discussions with stakeholders of each business department, explaining basis of KPI and seeking comment on indicators periodically
o Analysis of KPIs and reports to explain underlying data and trends and provide insights for the business and its key stakeholders
o Interacting with stakeholders and departmental management to regularly assess adequacy of reporting formats and deliverables and to identify and implement improvements identified
Required Skills and Experience
Deep experience with Salesforce (declarative) is required
Exposure to coding (desired)
FinancialForce ERP (or other cloud-based ERP systems) (desired)
CPQ (desired)
Account Engagement (desired)
Experience with reporting & presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with collating and analyzing data, and extracting insights from data
Certifications/Qualifications
Salesforce Admin certification (required)
Further SFDC certs (desired)
Financialforce, CPQ, Account Engagement certification (desired)
Educated to degree level desirable in Finance, Business, IT or a related field (desired)
